Golf Tournament Details for September 18th, 2026

THANK YOU for supporting and participating in River Valley Counseling Center’s 11th Annual Golf Tournament! We’re excited to see you on Friday, September 18th at East Mountain Country Club, located at 1458 East Mountain Road in Westfield, MA. Below are a few details about the day.

About the Course & Tournament
East Mountain Country Club is a soft spike facility with a standard club dress code. The tournament will use the best ball scramble format. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st place low gross team.

Check-In
Check-in and registration starts at 8:30 am. The driving range will be open, and complimentary golf balls will be available.

Tee Time
The tournament will begin promptly at 10:00 am. Please arrive no later than 9:30 am.

Lunch
Lunch will be served from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Contests
We’ll have several fun course contests throughout the day, along with mulligan cards available for purchase. More details will be emailed the week before the event.

Raffle
Many generously donated items will be on display, with tickets for sale throughout the day. More details will be emailed the week before the event

A 50/50 raffle is also available, for a chance to win 50% of the total funds collected.

Dinner
Following the tournament, please join us for a barbeque dinner buffet, scheduled for 4:00 pm, though timing depends on the pace of play. The afternoon promises to be fun, with great food, a cash bar, awards, and raffle winner announcements.
